Paul K. Johnson has been with the firm since 1978, and was named a partner in 1989. He established the firm's nonprofit practice and is also the partner responsible for the firm's pension plan audit function. In addition, Mr. Johnson heads up the firm's peer review process, wherein every three years outside CPA's examine the firm's client work papers and financial statements to assure adherence to professional standards. He has extensive experience with clients in closely held businesses, including their compliance and planning needs. He holds a bachelor's degree from DePaul University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
