William M. Kwit began his public accounting career in 1988. His areas of special concentration include consulting and tax planning for high net worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses. He is a key member of the firm’s entity compliance and tax planning group.

Mr. Kwit earned a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from the College of Business at Northern Illinois University and a Masters of Science in Taxation (distinction) from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Mr. Kwit is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
